Welcome to UNL! Glad you're coming to join us here in Lincoln. You may have some questions and concerns regarding your arrival.
Before arrival:
- Go through the packet that has been sent to you by the University (this is pretty useful and may answer some questions you have).
- If you'll be needing an initial place to stay or a ride from the airport, let us know well in advance (preferably a few weeks) of your arrival so we can plan accordingly.
- In regards to housing:
- University dorms are available and are relatively simple to apply for (Housing at UNL).
- However, other options exist if you decide to live off campus.
- It is best if you give us your information early so that we can assist you in finding proper living accommodations.
After arrival:
- Make sure to stop by the ISSO or the International Students and Scholars Office to inform them of your arrival - Seaton Hall, Suite 201
- Make sure to check in at the Office of Graduate Studies - 1100 Seaton Hall
- Get your Student ID Card (NCard) - Nebraska Union
